Tomas played most of his baseball career in the Mexican
League. He is considered one of the best Mexican-American Players
to ever play in that league. He also pitched with the San Diego
Padres of the Strong Pacific Coast League. Presently. He is part·
owner and General Manager of the Nuevo Laredo Owls of the
Mexican League.
